Thank you for purchasing your Ashton & Bentley handmade product.

We are pleased to offer you the following product guarantee, which is in addition to your statutory rights.

We guarantee that from the date of purchase for the period of 25 years the bath will be free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the following conditions:-

• The guarantee will be activated and become valid only after you have submitted to us and we have accepted your online registration form which can be found on our website www.ashtonandbentley.co.uk/guarantee. You must do this within thirty days following installation and registration will not be accepted after that period.
• The guarantee only extends to baths and basins installed in residential accommodation for domestic use.  It does not cover commercial or business use.
• The guarantee does not apply in the event of;
  • Any misuse or maltreatment of the bath.
  • Accidental damage or scratches to the bath.
  • Failure to follow the recommendations set out in our user manuals.
  • Any form of damage on installation.
  • Improper use or care.
  • Installations where the water temperature exceeds 55 degrees Celsius.
• The bath must have been installed by a plumber with appropriate accreditations and qualifications to install baths and accepted by us as such at the time of registration.  That plumber must have followed the installation instructions supplied by us.
• The guarantee is limited to the replacement or (at our option) the repair of the bath, on one occasion only.
• The guarantee benefits the original purchaser of the product at its point of original installation only.  It is not transferable either as to owner or location.

This sticker must not be removed or defaced otherwise it will invalidate the guarantee. Except as provided herein, we make no guarantee of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the product, its merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the delivery, installation, or use of the product.
