Chiltern Street

The Specification:

Located in one of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, Chiltern Street is a luxury apartment complex located in Marylebone with views towards Regents Park.

Ashton & Bentley was delighted to supply a bespoke contemporary freestanding bath, the Leadon, for one of the bathrooms.

In order to comply with the BREEAM standards, against which the sustainability of new, non-residential buildings in the UK is assessed, the bath had to include an eco-waste.

In order to fit the eco-waste, the height of the bath was also adjusted, making the Leadon a completely bespoke product.

The Result:

Designed by C.P. Hart, the bathroom mirrors the design of luxury spas and exudes character and comfort. The colour palette inspired by nature required a bright and sleek statement feature to bring the scheme to life, which translated into the Leadon bath. The real showpiece of this bathroom, the bath was selected for the project due to its imposing proportions that deliver a truly indulgent bathing experience.

To meet the client’s brief, the height of the bath was adjusted to fit an eco-waste. Designed exclusively by Ashton & Bentley, the eco-waste is an innovative product that allows the user to quantify the amount of water that goes into the bath, therefore saving water and energy.

The final look is a unique bathroom with distinctive style aesthetic, high-quality engineering and a beautifully relaxing atmosphere.
